Service Reviews For Sport Clips Haircuts of Costa Mesa

I checked online and it said I had a 31 min wait. I live in Orange but work in the area. So when I arrived the girl behind the counter asked me to enter my number on the computer. So I did and noticed on the wait board that my wait time changed to 41 min (31 min when I checked in online) so now I asked the girl why my wait time doubled. “Well you just checked in, no I checked in online and I should only have a 10 min wait based on my online check in” her: well your just gonna have to wait. I waited 30 min and had to leave so I would get to work on time. Not one person inside said anything when I walked out. There was a stylist outside on her lunch who asked why I was leaving and I told her she said don’t leave I’ll cut your hair now. But I had to go she was very kind and I wish I got her name. But I will be looking for another place for me and my clients to get our hair cuts.

VERY RUDE on the phone!!! I would have rated zero stars but could not. I tried to talk to someone about getting some information about getting my nephew's haircut and all I was told was to make an appointment on-line. When I tried to explain what our needs were (10-year-old boy with long hair that doesn't want his hair cut), the only response I got was, 'You have to make an appointment online'. When I asked if I could talk to someone for a consult, once again the response was 'You have to make an appointment online.' Not a good impression at all!!! Any suggestions for another location to have a stylist cut & style long hair on a boy would be appreciated.
